What is a Tiny Home on Wheels?
A tiny home on wheels is a compact, fully functional living space built on a mobile trailer. Designed to maximize efficiency and minimize footprint, these homes typically range from 20m2 to 45m2 and include essentials like a kitchen, bathroom, living space, one bedroom and two bedroom options.

Towable Tiny Homes
These ‘Tiny Home on Wheels’ are built on road legal registered and warranted trailers and classed as vehicles. They offer you the flexibility to move anywhere you want whenever you want on New Zealand roads. These Tiny Homes are all under 3,500KG and can be towed with a full-size Ute with 3,500KG towing capacity.
The XL Range - So Much More
The ‘XL’ Range are big Tiny Homes on wheels! They are built on trailers and classed as an oversized load. They offer you an abundance of space and can be moved anywhere you want in New Zealand with a low loader truck.

Our Tiny Homes on Wheels range from $98,000-$220,000 inc GST depending on your size and specification requirements
Sizes
From 6m to 14m long, 2.5m to 3.4m wide. 18m2-55m2 (including mezzanine levels).
Off Grid
We can customise your Tiny Home to make it fully 'off grid' ready including composting toilets from Goodloos, water tanks and solar power.
Joinery
Brand new, custom sized double-glazed, made by Origin Windows.
Flooring
Timber style vinyl sheet as standard, exposed particle board, and other upgrades available such as cork, carpet and tile.
Kitchen
Kitchen made in house by our inhouse cabinet makers. Each kitchen is designed from scratch for the Tiny Home with the clients input. Built in rangehood, laminate countertops as standard, upgrades to timber and stainless steel are all customisable options.
Electrical
Double outlets throughout, LED recessed and pendent interior downlights, and exterior light with motion sensor. RCD protected and 'caravan connection' . Comes with individual Certificate of Compliance and Electrical Warrant of Fitness (EWOF).
Framing
All our Tiny Houses are designed from full 90mm galvanised steel framing which will not warp, hold moisture or rot. Its stronger and lighter than timber framing and unlike timber, is completely recyclable.
Trailer
Hot dipped galvanised with removable drawbar as standard. Triple axle trailer, built in corner house jacks, spare wheel, registered, and 3-year Warrant of Fitness.
Cladding
Our standard is Coloursteel corrugate profile, vertically fixed, but we can offer a range of cladding.
Bathroom
Custom showers with showerdome to keep steam in, flushing toilet (other toilet options available) vanity, mirror, power outlet, powered vent to outside, space and hookups for washing machine on some models as standard.
Hot Water
16L Rheem LPG Gas Califont on demand hot water heater. All plumbing installed by a licenced plumber.
Builders
Built by a team lead by Adam Fox, NZ Licenced Building Practitioner.
Delivery
Can be delivered anywhere on the North or South Island.
